The Study of Reference Vaues of γ-GTP Activities of Serum on Seoul Area

Abstract
|
|
|
For the purpose of proving reference values of r-glutamyl transpeptidase of serum, this study was conducted from March to April, 1992 on 1,777 healthy adults(1,146 male and 631 female).
The mean of r-GTP activities is 22.15 units (the range is 9.4 units to 53.8 units) at 37-C on males and 10.06 units (the range is 8.2 units to 32.8 units) at 37C on females. The values of the activity in male is significantly higher than the activity in female.
